Leadership in inclusive development

From day 4 Until May 6, 2021, Caritas Dalat coordinated with the Provincial Association of persons with disabilities Disability (PWD) Lam Dong successfully organized a learning exchange forum between representatives Associations of persons with disabilities in Lam Dong province at the Can diocese pastoral center Poetry. This is the first workshop in a series of 4 forums to help disabled people's associations in the country Lam Dong province has the opportunity to exchange and learn within 2 years on many topics towards inclusive development. This forum has the theme "Leadership skills and organize associations towards inclusive development". Attending the forum were representatives of 8 out of 9 districts/cities of disabled people in the province along with a number of delegates Representing Lam Dong province.

Tinh thần cởi mở và cầu tiến là hành trang của các tham dự viên (TDV) khi tham dự diễn đàn. Tại đây, họ không ngần ngại trao đổi, mổ xẻ những vấn đề các hội gặp phải trong quá trình tổ chức và điều hành. Các tham dự viên trước tiên được đưa trở về chính "sứ mạng" lãnh đạo mà mỗi người đang đảm nhận, cùng chia sẻ những "dấu mốc" trong cuộc đời đã làm nên con người của họ như ngày hôm nay. Chính vì vậy, buổi hội thảo đã giúp tạo ra một môi trường trao đổi học hỏi hết sức cởi mở giữa các nhà lãnh đạo kinh nghiệm của các hội với những góc nhìn và cách thức lãnh đạo khác nhau. Trong dịp này, Caritas Đà Lạt cũng cung cấp một số “lý thuyết về lãnh đạo hợp tác” và “các giai đoạn phát triển của hội nhóm” để làm cơ sở tham khảo cho việc trao đổi của các tham dự viên.

Trong ngày thứ 2 của diễn đàn, đoàn tỉnh hội NKT Lâm Đồng đến thăm cơ sở của Hội Người Khuyết Tật Thành Phố Cần Thơ. Tại đây, đoàn được bà Huỳnh Ngọc Hồng Nhung – Chủ tịch hội NKT TP Cần Thơ và đội ngũ lãnh đạo, nhân viên của hội tiếp đón thân mật và chu đáo. Một ngày tại trụ sở hội, đoàn Đà Lạt được nghe chia sẻ về mục đích, tầm nhìn, sứ mạng, một số thành tựu và mô hình phát triển dành cho hội viên do hội NKT Cần Thơ tổ chức. Trên tinh thần học hỏi, đoàn NKT tỉnh Lâm Đồng đã đặt câu hỏi và chia sẻ nhiều vấn đề với lãnh đạo hội bạn. Sự đón tiếp nồng hậu và chia sẻ cởi mở của hội Cần Thơ dành cho hội Lâm Đồng chứng tỏ một một cộng đồng NKT đoàn kết và cùng nhau phát triển.

After Study tour at the Can Tho persons with disabilities Association, the third day of the forum continued with working together to build a common vision for  Lam Dong Provincial Association of persons with disabilities.
