Although still busy with pastoral work, Father Giuse Dinh Quang Vinh, Head of the Diocesan Family Pastoral Department, Spiritual Director of the Billings Dalat group, arranged to join the students in the opening and closing hours with sharing, encouraging the spirit of learning, praying and blessing the participants. Father Giuse is worried that there are many people, many young people, young families, etc. in parishes who have knowledge of the Billings method to contribute to respecting, building and protecting life. They themselves have happy lives and are responsible for themselves, their families, the Church and society. Father emphasized: "Procreation is a gift, a purpose of marriage, because conjugal love naturally tends towards procreation. The Church emphasized: "In the duty of transmitting human life and education, which must be considered as their own mission, spouses know that they are collaborators of God's love and as expressions of His love. Therefore, they will fulfill their duties with the responsibility of a human being and of a Christian” (GS 50).It is precisely periodical continence, methods of birth regulation based on self-observation and the cycling of infertile periods, that are compatible with objective standards of morality. These methods respect the bodies of the spouses, encourage mutual affection, and promote education in true freedom. Father Joseph emphasized: “All Christian lives should aim towards eternal life.”
Besides, with the hope that the knowledge and methods of "serving life with the Billings ovulation method" will be transmitted to young people in marriage catechism classes, young families,... in parishes in the Diocese to learn and know..., to contribute to respecting, protecting, and building life as Pope Francis reaffirms the topicality of the Message "Gospel of Life" as well as the Church's stance on protecting life: "Life is not are ideas but are specific people, even though they are small, fragile, weak, and poor; all lives have priceless value, are given by God and must be respected, protected, promoted and served. The culture of life is the heritage of everyone..." (Pope Francis's catechesis on March 25, 2020). In response to the Pope's message, Venerable Anna Tran Thi Hang, in charge of Ct. VSS along with staff of Caritas Dalat Office, organized a training course and invited teachers and sisters... and anyone interested in this method to attend. The first session of the course had about 50 students attending. participating, by the third session there were about 35 students left.Although the number has decreased for many reasons, the learning spirit of the students is always enthusiastic and enthusiastic... especially actively participating in lectures to experience, learn from each other and receive support from two lecturers: MSc. Dr. Teresa Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh and teacher Mattheu Le Thanh Xuyen (BOOMB VN Lecturer), enthusiastic and experienced lecturers, have inspired the participants to spread this knowledge and method to more people with more enthusiasm and confidence.
The Billings ovulation method is considered a "labor of love", a wonderful work of God, Mr. and Mrs. Billings spent a lot of time and diligently researching for a long time. The Billings method was recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1978 and is considered by the Catholic Church to be a method of serving life. The Billings method helps promote marital love, helps couples actively get pregnant, postpones conception and helps monitor reproductive health; is a method consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church, which four Popes introduced into the pastoral direction, including Pope Saint Paul VI and John Paul II; The method has been taught in over 100 countries. As of 1987, over 50 million couples have applied this method with excellent results. For the Vietnamese Church, in 2008, Cardinal G.B Pham Minh Man and Father Louis Nguyen Anh Tuan (now Bishop), invited the WOOMB International Teaching Board to popularize the Billings Ovulation Method at the Pastoral Center, Archbishop. Saigon. To this day, many dioceses have officially included the Billings Ovulation Method in their marriage catechism program and encouraged their children to apply: it is a natural method and a gift from the Holy Spirit to humanity.
Which couple doesn't want to be happy in their love and sex life! Right?
- Billings promotes marital love in dialogue, moderation, shared marital responsibilities and sublimates love.
- Billings is highly effective (75% effective in helping to get pregnant after 5 months of application, 99% effective in helping to postpone conception), economical (no cost), without any side effects.
- Billings applies to all women, regardless of whether women have regular or irregular menstrual cycles. The important things about the Billings ovulation method are: Knowing the possibility of conception in the cycle - Knowing how to observe and record the chart every night - Distinguishing the 4 periods in the cycle - Recognizing the Infertile Type (KTT Type) - Determining the Peak X date - Understanding Billings' Laws and knowing how to apply the Laws.
Do you want the above? We hope to become experts, WOOMB guides, to join the Billings Dalat Group, to help catechists and interested brothers and sisters become Billings experts so that we can help young people, marriage catechism classes, and groups in need in Parishes, Dioceses, Dioceses, use the Billings Ovulation Method in couples' lives in accordance with God's Law and Church Law.
Looking forward to the Pope's message. Many people responded to Francis: Because every human life, unique and unrepeatable, is valuable by itself, an invaluable value. This must always be re-proclaimed, with courageous words and actions. This requires solidarity and fraternal love for the great human family and for each of its members. "Respect, protect, love and serve life, all life, all human life! Only on this path will you find justice, development, freedom, peace and happiness!” (Gospel of life, 5). (Pope Francis' catechesis on March 25, 2020)
End of the training course: “serving life with the Billings Ovulation Method”, with conviction and new knowledge and joy to go out to carry out the mission. One woman confided, "I have taken 5 courses and have been a lecturer for many classes, but participating in this 6th course I still see that there are still many things I do not know about this Love - Science method. I will put my faith - patience to continue learning, and spread the spirit of serving life with the Billings ovulation method to many people, especially young people, young families,...", so that they can contribute and collaborate in respecting, protecting, loving love and serve life, all life in the spirit of God and the Church.
