"Rice of Love" Program of Diocese of Dalat

To fulfill God's invitation: "Feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty..." (Mt 25, 31-38), the BXH Committee - Caritas Dalat collaborated with the "Rice of Love" Program of the family of Mr. and Mrs. Vinh Tuyet - Mr. and Mrs. Ngu Quynh and of the Diocese of Dalat to share love with those in difficult circumstances in the diocesan family.

The diocese's program began in 2004. Since 2015, Vinh Tuyet's family began supporting dioceses and the number of beneficiaries increased. In 2021, the program gives out 555 gifts each month.

Beneficiaries include elderly people who are alone and have no one to rely on, sick people, and disabled people who are unable to support themselves, regardless of age or religion, and are living in the parish area so that the person in charge can visit.

Thank God and gratitude to the Vinh Tuyet Family and benefactors for sharing not only material but also spiritual gifts to those in difficult circumstances in the Diocese of Dalat. We hope that the spirit of Christian love and charity will spread to all members of the church and society so that the weak can receive sharing and support.
